The Sparkling Honey is made from 10% premium local Honey. (no added sugar)  This honey base, combined with natural Australian fruit flavours and sparkling carbonated water, result in a 'not too sweet' delightfully refreshing drink, with just the right amount of Sparkle!

These make an ideal change, great for wedding receptions, gift baskets, to take to a party, special functions, or just to enjoy really chilled with a meal.

Sparkling Honey and Ginger

And for those who like Honey and Ginger, we combine these in a delicate blend to get just the right balance between the two. Sparkling Honey & Ginger takes the delicate taste of honey, a combination of fruity flavours along with a contrasting hint of ginger to create a magnicifent blend of the two.

Sparkling Ginger

Now this stuff is nice! The Sparkling Ginger uses Lemon and Lime juice as a base,  then a blend of special ginger flavours to give a fruity ginger combination. The really smooth fruity taste is heightened with a little bite of carbonation, and the lingering after taste of the ginger. It also gives that slight burn to the back of the throat, similar to the ol' Ginger wine.
